Have you ever looked at your teeth over a period of time, and thought that they were wearing down? This could be because you are a subconscious teeth grinder. Most people tend to grind their teeth while they are asleep, and can wear a mouth guard to stop your self. However this is not always the case and you may find yourself grinding your teeth during stressful situations, and you can’t exactly wear a mouth guard at work without getting some funny looks.

Finding a New Dentist
We understand that when it comes to finding a new dentist it is quite often a decision not taken lightly. It is important to find a dentist that you feel comfortable around and doesn’t judge you on your past dental history. We have seen many patients who were afraid to go to the dentist for a number of years because of the fear of the actual treatments, but then it turns to a feeling of embarrassment as they haven’t been to the dentist for many year and don’t want to admit that to the new dentist.

Do I Need To Have My Tooth Extracted?
