From when you first contact the clinic, either by calling us, filling out a webform, or even popping in while you walk by, you will be greeted by a professional, friendly and caring member of the team who will gladly provide you with any information you may require. We will cater for your specific needs and requirements and will happily work around your lifestyle to accommodate any callbacks or appointments.

We will NOT push or act pushy towards any patients in regards to making a decision to:

Arranging a free consultation or appointment
Going ahead with treatment

We WILL be up front with the information regarding the treatment you are interested in and we will give you accurate treatment plans (with prices) before you take up treatment. We will ensure we clearly explain each step of the treatment plan and will make sure that you are happy with every step before we progress.

Appointment Booked

Once we have booked a suitable appointment for you, we will send you a text confirmation and also email our welcome pack that has further information about our clinic and directions on how to find us. If you have any more questions any member of the team will be more than happy to assist you.

Step 3

Free Consultation or
First Appointment

As soon as you enter our clinic you will always be greeted warmly and treated with respect, and every member of the team will be on hand to ensure your needs are met.
You will never be made to feel silly or stupid if you haven’t been to a dentist for a while, we will always be non-judgemental and we do understand visiting the dentist can cause a lot of stress and anxiety in patients. We also understand how scary the dentist can be and we will always take our time treating you to ensure this is truly an enjoyable experience.

If like me you have had bad experiences in the past then this is the place to come to.I have been coming here now for two years to finally get the smile i am proud of.I had root canals carried out by Dr Jessal his skill and knowledge is amazing he is clearly at the very top of his profession,i never suffered any pain during or after and returned back to work that same day i can not thank him enough.

A short time after it was time for my crown work to begin and this was carried out by Dr Gursh who whitened my teeth and sorted out my new crowns which look so natural against my other teeth and a perfect fit first time,another top professional who cares and is passionate about getting that perfect smile, you cannot tell they are crowns amazing.

Now after my treatment i return to the hygienist Anita who keeps my teeth looking amazing.
I cannot thank all the staff that work here enough they make a perfect team and they really do care.

I contacted Ascent Dental Care after my general dentist advised me that I needed root canal treatment, which they would be unable to carry out. I was looked after by Jesal, who put root canal fillings into 3 of my teeth, which was not a straightforward procedure, as they were crowned front teeth, and 2 of the crowns were some 25 years old. I can only say that he did an excellent job. He explained everything very thoroughly to me beforehand, and I was truly amazed at how little discomfort I felt when the work carried out. He is a really nice guy, who puts you totally at ease, and the nurses, reception and admin staff are all very friendly, polite and efficient.

I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent dental practice.
