Julian Smith

Julian qualified in 1991 from Matthew Boulton Technical College with a BTEC National Dipmloma in Dental Technology after completing 5 years of training in full service laboratories providing high quality technical dentistry. Having over 25 years of experience as a qualified dental technician, Julian has become a respected technical consultant and technologist to some of the UK leading clinicians. Julian has been actively involved in the postgraduate teaching dentists at the Birmingham Dental Hospital (BDH), Manchester Dental Education Centre (MANDEC), and at the Worcester Royal Hospital.

Julian is constantly continuing to update his learning and embraces all techniques new and old that he feels optimises the end result of the dentures that he constructs. In recent years Julian has qualified at the Royal College of Surgeons with a Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology. This course of education has further developed his knowledge and skills to ensure that he provides optimum solutions to problems faced by dentists and patients in pursuit of quality technical dentistry.
