Since graduation from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2002, Dr Faresh Desai has continued to pursue further training and increase his knowledge and skills. In 2003 Faresh gained Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP) from the Royal College of Surgeons.
In 2011 Faresh was also awarded the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons (UK). Having also received training in Sedation, Faresh is extremely experienced in treating nervous and anxious patients in all aspects of dentistry. His commitment to the profession is shown by the numerous national and international courses he has attended in Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant dentistry throughout the UK, Europe and USA.
Faresh has been placing and restoring implants since 2004 and in 2013 gained the prestigious Diploma in Implant Dentistry with Advanced Certificate in Bone Grafting from the Royal College of Surgeons (UK). He has a wealth of experience in restorative dentistry and dental implantology, including bone grafting and sinus lift for ridge augmentation. Faresh is also a certified Clinical Mentor for Straumann Implants.
