Sweets contain lots of sugar as 90% of them are made up of sugar. The sugar in sweets is not only bad for your health, as if it doesn’t get burned off will turn into fat, but is also very bad for your teeth. If you have cavities and you leave them untreated, over time it will affect your gums and your bone which leads to your teeth not being held in place properly which can lead to them falling out.
