I had been advised by my previous dentist that implants were probably not an option for me after losing several teeth. I decided to pursue looking for an implant specialist in the Tamworth area where I now lived. Finding Ascent and reading the very positive reviews I arranged a free consultation with Faresh. After a very informative discussion a treatment plan was put together for me detailing all the options available.
I was delighted to know that in fact I was suitable for implants and made a decision to go ahead. I was guided by Faresh and his team as to what would happen at each stage of my treatment plan. My implant journey began in December 2020 during Covid times and everyone at the practice were meticulous with cleanliness procedures providing reassurance to the patients.
It is now April 2021 and my implants are in and looking and feeling AMAZING!! I can now smile once again with pride and confidence. It is one of the best things that I have done and thank Faresh and his exceptional team for the kindness care and guidance that I received.

I went through the process of having implants fitted. Throughout the whole process I received excellent service and care from everybody at the practice. I initially started with having the bottom teeth straightened. I was so pleased with the work and professional experience I rebooked and have had all my veneers replaced. Recently had a new top Denture made, the fit was superb. With my previous denture I needed to use dental fixative daily and it still would rock, but my new denture made by Julian Smith is perfect I use very little fixative and it lasts at least 48 to 72 hours now. I have always been nervous to have Invisalign and visited Ascent Dental Care apprehensively, unsure if braces were right for me. Rachel and Gursh have both been incredibly lovely and put my mind at ease. Would recommend 110%. I found the clinic based on the proximity to my house and Google reviews. Extremely good experience (especially considering you’re going to the dentist office!). I was booked for an emergency visit with Dr Jesal Savania, whom I would highly recommend. I had a wisdom tooth removal, which I didn’t expect to happen on the day of the visit. I had a similar procedure done 10 years ago, which was very painful and traumatic. Dr Savania is a compassionate, professional dentist who calmed me down and he did the procedure in record time, with absolutely no pain. I came back to Dr Savania a few weeks after for a general check up – he is probably the best dentist I have been too and will definitely go back.
